Solijet AD1 is a high-performance handheld inkjet printer, which uses FUNAI thermal inkjet technology and ketone ink. It features 13.5mm print height, 218 yd/min printing speed and high ink adhesion, especially in non-permeable materials. It has excellent adhesion on glass, ceramic, metal and other materials. The AD1 portable marker is based on a Linux system and high-grade hardware, which gives an excellent operation experience.

There are 318 nozzles in the print head, all these 318 nozzles bring high-resolution performance and enable minimal character height to 1.2 mm.
SoliJet AD1 cartridges use ketone ink, compared to HP cartridges acrylic ink, the ketone ink have much higher adhesion on the surface of non-permeable materials, like glass, ceramic, and metals.
The marks printed by SoliJet AD1 have an excellent resistant to scratch.
FUNAI inkjet technology has higher voltages and jet frequency, gives a high drops jetting speed, allowing AD1 to print at top speeds 218 yd/min.

The user interface software is based on Android system and a powerful ARM processor, which provides a high response speed and easy editting experience.
The capacitive touch screen
When using a water-based ink cartridge, the maximum distance between the printhead and object surface is 8mm.
When using an eco-solvent ink cartridge, the maximum distance between the printhead and object surface is 5mm.
The AD1 series handheld inkjet printers are capable of printing on rough or curved surfaces.
File transfer mode: USB flash drive.
You can import images via a USB flash drive, so you can easily print your logo or signs.
SoliJet AD1 series support monochrome bitmaps in BMP format and the bitmaps should be 600 pixels in height.
There are 6 ink colors available: black, white, red, blue, yellow, and green.
It is worth mentioning that the white ink has a strong covering power, which is quite easy to get a clear mark on dark surfaces.
The AD1 is designed for wide applications and print on almost any surfaces, we equipped AD1 series with water-based ink and eco-solvent ink.
The water-based ink is for printing on permeable materials like paper, wood, plasterboard, MDF, leather, etc.
The eco-solvent ink is for printing on non-permeable materials like metal, glass, ceramic, plastics, film-coated paper, etc.
